Earnings are in USD and can be received via PayPal (with a 5% fee), or just applied to your DreamHost hosting bill. Earnings may be cashed out 97 days after the referral happens, and they're paid out on the first business day of each month. There is a $20 minimum before you can cash out. Refer five or more people and you will be able to receive payment by check (to anywhere in the world, with no fee), and be able to cash out the same month as the referral!
